Abstract

Bouveret's syndrome is a rare form of gastric outlet obstruction occurring from passage of a gallstone through a cholecystoduodenal fistula with impaction at the pylorus. We report a case of a 63-year-old man who presented findings highly suggestive of Bouveret's syndrome on upper gastrointestinal series, abdominal computed tomography, and endoscopy.
