Abstract

A complete characterization of the PPS-PEG block copolymers was made, first at a molecular level, through a complete assignment of 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the triblock copolymers P1 and P2, then as lyotropic aggregates, with the precise localization of the hydrophilic/hydrophobic border of their vesicles. For this study, multidimensional NMR measurements were used for the 1H and 13C assignments and 1H CPMG experiments for the determination of the transverse relaxation times.
