Abstract

Information technology solutions to an industrial application on grading of pepper berries were presented. It was possible to enhance quality control of the pepper samples through the use of image processing and Artificial Neural Network (ANN). The performance of feedforward back propagation (FFBP) and ANN with suitable parameter settings were demonstrated.
