N2 - This paper describes the preparation process improvement for graphene biosensors, and the organic matter contamination reduction on the graphene surface. It also shows that the graphene biosensors are capable of responding to the saliva through surface protein absorption. These lead to that this graphene biosensor test system can be used to monitor the concentration of the specific biomolecule in real time.
