Abstract

Organizations are using business process reengineering methods to improve their products and services in term of quality, speed and cost. This work uses the BPR methods to examine the impact of integrating and using Enterprise Social Network BP with classical BP on the performance and cost of the Innovation and Support Center (ISC) service delivery. The method specifies the process to be reengineered, proposes alternative automated processes generated from ESN used by the Center and simulate the new proposed reengineered business process. The result shows that the reengineering of current business process using ESN business process is improving the Center services by delivering faster service with lower cost.
