N2 - A wideband, singly fed, circularly polarized, elliptical dielectric resonator antenna has been designed using a conformal open loop antenna in conjunction with a concentric parasitic open loop. A wideband 3dB axial ratio has been achieved over a bandwidth of ∼12% with an impedance matching bandwidth of ∼23% over the same frequency bandwidth.
