ملخص

Thin films of (Co_100-xFe_x)₅₀Pt₅₀ alloy were fabricated by electron beam evaporation using Pt, Fe, Co, Co₅₀Fe₅₀ and Co₂₅Fe₇₅ targets in vacuum better than 2×10^-7 Torr during deposition. The magnetic properties of the films were measured at room temperature using a vibrating sample magnetometer, an alternating field gradient magnetometer and a torque magnetometer in fields up to 20 kOe. Structural analyses were made using X-ray diffraction.
