Abstract
A method for the preparation of [Â 3H]levetiracetam with a high specific activity of 98Ci/mmol (3.6TBq/mmol) is described. The radioligand proved to be highly useful for the labeling of specific levetiracetam binding sites in rat brain membrane preparations.
