Abstract
Legal jurisprudence examines employee's obligations separately. No one often shows the importance of legal subordination as a part of employee obligations. Otherwise, it is shown just to distinguish between labor contract and other contracts. The present researcher explores the importance and the role of obligation of the legal subordination taking into consideration that this genuine obligation is based on the relation between employee and employer. The researcher also shows the relationship between this obligation and other obligations to be incumbent upon employee and employer.
