According to results from research; (1) While the genders of physical education teachers are the determiner on the level of personal success, it is stated that gender factor is not a determiner on emotion-al exhaustion and desensitization in terms of differences of job satisfaction. (2) There is no significant difference due to age variable and years of professional service in job satisfaction and burnout. (3) It is demonstrated that the decline which is in feeling of personal success and emotional exhaustion, is seen in mostly married teachers.
