Abstract
A synthesis procedure based on the state space technique is presented for the simulation of floating inductor (FI). The short circuit (S. C.) admittance matrix of a FI, T (s) is here realized as a 2-port active RC network. The network requires n grounded capacitors and at the most (2n plus 1) OAMPS for its realization, n being the degree of the admittance matrix.
