Abstract

This paper described notion of empowerment of Saudi Arabia women through Internet of Things (IoT) for management technology company’s activities under observation regards strategy of development around framework. In this study, building empowerment of Saudi Arabia women using IoT method attracts skills and minds of women's under help of digital transformation system under IoT field for enhancing opportunities of particular work sustainability, and also calculates the participations of women's percentage under the sector of management technology. This study objectives is to testing effects of empowerment of women's on social, economic, political and managerial empowerment, and its create new era of debate under practical activities regards women's empowerment under Saudi Arabia. Investigation found that there is political empowerment has positive effect on managerial and economic empowerment and there is insignificant effect on social empowerment.
