Abstract

Although the personalized education offers the most effective training, it is very expensive in the classroom model. Moreover, the current educational pattern with limited resources and course streams cannot cope up with the growing demand for new applications. The additional physical resources needed in the educational institutions to meet with this situation cannot simply be affordable. At the same time the currently available e-Learning portals are instruction-based and simply providing an eversion of the classroom instructions. Hence, an viable option is to promote the self-learning skill and use the same in conjunction with the future generation of Web-Based Learning Systems (WBLS). The transition from instruction-based education to learning-based education Our project aims to set up a prototyping environment (EduLearn System) to develop WBLS models for the purpose of promoting self-learning skill among junior students. This paper explains the architecture of the EduLearn System.
