Abstract

In this chapter, we try to present a synthesis on the hypertext, and
everything that results from this technology: changes in the reading and writing of information, as well as the transition to hypermedia through multimedia. At the end of this chapter we present as an example the hypertext system HyWebMap which was developed at the Paragraphe laboratory of the University of Paris8
