Abstract

A new analytical formula is prepared for the concentration fluctuations, in the long-wavelength limits, Scc(0), for Lennard-Jones fluids based on the WCA theory and RPA approximation. This has made it possible to investigate the dependence of Scc(0) on concentration, pressure and temperature throughout the liquid and vapour phases, as well as across the liquid-vapour coexistence regions of the phase diagram of NeAr mixture.
