Abstract

Abstract:
The research seeks to determine the level of application of entrepreneurship in its dimensions (creativity, vision, competitiveness, Take the risk), as well as the application of social responsibility in its dimensions (economic, moral, legal, and environmental) in the post-basic education schools in Oman, and to identify the role of entrepreneurial leadership in the development Social responsibility, and the detection of statistically significant differences between responses of the study sample due to gender, job title, and academic qualification.
By relying on the descriptive analytical method, and to achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was designed and applied on a random sample (531) of administrators, assistants, teachers, and financial specialists at the post-basic education schools.
The most important research results are: The level of application of entrepreneurial leadership and social responsibility in post-basic education schools is high, and there is a positive moral relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and social responsibility; As the correlative strength reached (0.721) and it is very high, there are also differences related to a statistical function between the responses of the sample members in favor of females and the job title managers and teachers, and there are no relevant differences statistically significant due to the educational qualification, while there is a statistically significant effect for both creativity, vision, and competitiveness in social responsibility at a rate of (0.683), (0.702) and (0.712) respectively, which is a significant relationship, and there is a statistically significant effect of risk on social responsibility The percentage (0.346) is not significant relationship.
