الأرشفة الرقمية في خدمة البحث العلمي: دراسة حالة للوثائق العلمية للقطب التكنولوجي ببرج السدرية بتونس

The study aims to highlight the contribution of digital archiving to the promotion of scientific research through the organization, classification and preservation of “scientific and research archives”, which represent a pillar of the development of scientific research and innovation in all fields and which are which are often poorly organized and poorly classified and scattered in many departments of educational and research institutions and sometimes even between departments of different ministries, as is the case with science and technology parks. This case study focuses on the technology park of Borj Cedria (TBC), which has 3 teaching establishments and 4 research centers and located south of Greater Tunis. It is an exemplary integrated space for the stimulation and development of research and development, training and technical education with the aim of encouraging the reception and creation of innovative companies. The study is based on action research as a scientific research methodology which consists of forming a working group, training it and supporting it to identify the problems of archiving scientific documents within the TBC, preparing an action plan, analyzing the results and provide answers. The study concluded with the establishment of a classification plan and a calendar for the retention periods of scientific documents, as well as a proposal for a centralized system for managing these documents in order to guarantee their long-term preservation and their quick and easy access by both administrators and researchers. Finally, this study shows that scientific digital archiving of research documents is the surest way to promote scientific research and its links with production contexts.
