بين الفقه والنحو وشائج قديمة ورؤى حديثة Between grammar and jurisprudence, ancient relations and modern visions

يهدف هذا البحث إلى محاولة استقصاء جوانب التأثير والتأثر بين النحو والفقه، وإبراز القيمة العلمية التي ساهم بها كل منهما في الآخر، بالإضافة إلى إضاءة جوانب في العلاقة بين العلمين محتاجةٍ إلى مزيد من البحث ولاسيما في مسيرة التأثير والتأثر بينهما في المصطلح والمفهوم والتأليف. ثم إن هذا البحث يُظْهِر أهمية الإضافة العلمية التي قدّمها النحاة الأصوليون والفقهاء الأصوليون للدراسات اللسانية الحديثة، ويتطرق إلى جوانب الصور التي وقع فيها النحاة في دراسة اللغة، ودور الأصوليين في معالجة هذا القصور بتوسيع مباحث الدلالة والعناية بالجوانب السيميائية والتداولية.
This research aims to investigate the impact and effect on between grammar and Jurisprudence, and to highlight the scientific value that contributed by each of them on the other. In addition to highlight aspects on the relation between them that need to more research especially on the process of influence and influenced by in the concept, term and composition. Moreover, this research shows the importance of addendum that was provided by grammarian purists and jurists purists for modern linguistic studies. And it looks at deficiency sides that were done by grammarians in their language study, and the fundamentalist roles in solving this shortcoming by expanding research and care for semantics and pragmatism
