Abstract

It was natural that the elements of the educational system were affected by that revolution that occurred in the field of technological innovations, where the role of the teacher and the learner changed, and the curricula were affected by their objectives, content, activities, methods of presentation and presentation, and teaching methods and learning methods changed. Therefore, it has become necessary to identify ways to benefit from technological innovations in the educational field, in order to take advantage of the huge potential of those innovations, which is represented in their ability to develop an appropriate educational atmosphere for the success of the educational process, as well as what reduces the educational burdens carried out by teachers, in addition to their capabilities that make them able to bring about development in the educational system and treat many learning problems, such as the problem of cognitive and population explosion and literacy.
Based on the above, it is clear to us that technological innovations can play a pivotal role in bringing about positive changes in the educational process, and therefore the study problem can be formulated in the following questions:

Q2 What are the characteristics of technological innovations?
Q3 What are the obstacles to employing technological innovations in the educational process?
Q4 What are the most common technological innovations in the educational process?
Q5 To what extent do basic education teachers use technological innovations in the educational proc
Objectives of the study:
The study aims to achieve the following:
1- Identify the nature of technological innovations and their impact on the educational process.
2- Identify the types of technological innovations.
3 - Identify the extent to which teachers of basic education use technological innovations in the educational process.
4- Identify the obstacles to the use of technological innovations in the process
Educational .
The importance of the study:
The importance of this study stems from the following:
1 – Being dealing with an important topic in the educational process, which is technological innovations in the educational process, which constitutes the physical part of educational technology.
2 – The lack of studies and research on this subject, within the limits of the researchers' knowledge and their knowledge of research within the Jamahiriya.
3 – This study may contribute to providing teachers with the most important technological innovations used in the educational process.
The research then dealt with the method and procedures of the research, answering the research questions, and then interpreting the results and recommendations.
