The Academy of the Arabic Language in the State of Libya has undertaken since its inception the task of studying Libyan dialects and linking them to the classical Arabic language, so it held its first seminar to study Libyan dialects in general during the year 2005-2006, within the framework of its broad symposium on the subject of "The Libyan dialect in its middle Arab space between the East and the Maghreb, and in continuation with the work in this field, the Academy resolved to hold the second episode of this symposium, so it was devoted to research in the eloquent vocabulary circulating in the dialects of the Bedouins in Libya" Studies Comparative Etymology".
In this context, the choice of this research, which we are about, entitled it entitled "The words of the description of the Bedouin house in the dialect of the Bedouins of the Shabiyat Wadi Al Hayat , a comparative etymological study", as the Bedouin house was of great importance in the life of the Bedouins, and still has this importance, some of them still inhabit these houses until now, in addition to that the choice of the area ( Shabiyat Wadi Al Hayat ) without others was stemming from my stay in it for several years.

Since this research is an original research of the words of the description of the Bedouin house in the Bedouin dialect of the Shabiyat Wadi Al Hayat , it is important to point out that the process of rooting or rooting includes two aspects: rooting words in terms of habitat, and rooting in terms of lexical root. If rooting is known to Western modernists as etymology, it translates to "etymology... And this science tries to learn about the evolution of words and know their history.
Since this study is a comparative study, the comparison will be by presenting the words of the Bedouin dialect of Wadi Al-Hayat - regarding the description of the Bedouin house - on the classical Arabic language. The aim of this research lies in the points identified by the Libyan Arabic Language Academy for its symposium - which we also aim at - in the following points:
1 – Work on collecting and studying eloquent Bedouin words in the Libyan dialect.
2 – Emphasizing that the Bedouin dialects are deeply related to the classical Arabic language.
3 – Narrowing the gap between the dialects used and the eloquent dialect.
4 – Benefit from the eloquent vocabulary in the Libyan dialect when developing methodological books.
As for the approach followed in this research, it is the descriptive analytical approach, that approach that required this to establish a questionnaire, to study the words of the description of the Bedouin house in the Bedouin dialect of the popular Shabiyat Wadi Al Hayat , and then go down to the people of the areas of this valley, targeting those who inhabit it now, or those who used to inhabit it, and that - in my claim - does not contradict with the so-called adoption of the narrator, as the basis for this study, in every spot of these places there was a human being What is approved for his lips
. Since the Bedouin house of the Bedouins of the Shabiyat Wadi Al Hayat has three types, the mud house, the Zarb house, and the Damous house, and all its raw materials and components, this necessitated the division of the research into a preamble, four sections, a conclusion, and a list of sources and references.
