Description

The study aims to identify the criteria for field training in the undergraduate programs in the College of Arts and Social Sciences and how it corresponds to international quality standards and accreditation benchmarks in the departments and college. It explores how this criteria is applied in the training institutions and what are the challenges the face the training students in undergraduate programs. The study also aims to provide a set of recommendations that would assist interested persons and decision makers in dealing with the field training and its development to contribute to the achievement of the desired goal. The study adopts the analytical and descriptive method to describe and identify the topic and research problem identification and identification characteristics report quantitatively and descriptive, research and the collection, analysis and interpretation of data, with a view to determining the actual realities of the phenomenon studied and attempted to access the circulars, partly because the use of the descriptive study researchers desire researchers in greater depth in the study of the phenomenon to the qualitative and quantitative description of the study questions. The method used in the study is social survey which helps in exploring the circumstances of the community, its needs and problems. The data collection tools will be a questionnaire and interview schedule. The study sample will be stratified random sampling to collect data from students and field training supervisors from designated institutions in the academic year 2017/2018. In order to analyze the data properly and accurately, a variety of statistical methods will be used in the statistical program (SPSS) for data processing and analysis.
