Governmental institutions and documents



The course deals with the concept of the administrative document produced by government institutions, referring to the contexts in which these documents are created, as well as the basic principles of managing documents and archives. The lesson also deals with the definition of government agencies and the identification of their functions and the specifics of their documents and types according to the nature and according to the major administrative functions
Finally, it attempts to identify the types of administrative organizations and their composition (ministries, public bodies, public institutions of a non-administrative nature, public companies, etc.) and the most important types of documents related to common administrative functions as well as basic documents (of paramount importance).
