The application of the Thematic Mapper data and associated image processing techniques for structural mapping in the Ma'in area of Jordan

The aim of this study is to assess the ability of space borne Thematic Mapper data and associated image processing techniques for the structural mapping in the Ma'in area of Jordan. It should be noted that lithological mapping using Landsat imagery is not the aim, but available geological maps and reports are used to evaluate the remotely sensed data for such a task. -from Author
