N2 - Lipoid proteinosis (LP) is a rare autosomal-recessive hereditary disorder with multisystemic involvement manifesting in infancy and early childhood. These children may present to a pediatric otolaryngologist with hoarse voice. Here, we report a case of a child with LP with a pediatric otolaryngologist’s perspective.
