In this study business process reengineering method used to enhance the Innovation and Support Center services. The method specifies the process to be reengineered, proposes alternative automated processes generated from Enterprise Social Network used by the Center and simulate the new proposed reengineered business process. The result shows that the reengineering of current business process using Enterprise Social Network business process is improving the Center services by delivering faster service with lower cost.",
