ملخص
The aim of the study is to identify the role of school administration in the development of intellectual security among school students in Muscat Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. It also aimed to suggest procedures that help the school administration to develop intellectual security of students. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was distributed among a sample of (494) school principals, assistant school principals, and head teachers. The results of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences in all dimensions of the questionnaire according to the sex variable in favor of females. There are statistically significant differences according to the job variable in all dimensions in favor of the school principals. The results also indicated that there are statistically significant differences according to school level in the religious dimension in favor of post-basic schools (11-12). The results also showed absence of statistically significant differences according to the state variable in all dimensions. In the light of the results, some proposed actions were presented that may enhance the intellectual Security of School Students in the Sultanate of Oman.
