This course covers the concepts of instructional media, educational technology, and their role in teaching and learning processes. It also covers models of communication, their elements, forms, and relations to education. It covers design principles and the preparation, production, development, use, and evaluation of media which include virtual assisted environments, mobile technologies and other Web 3.0 technologies.
